SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details.

Processing may take slightly longer during peak periods or promotions. We will contact you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping within Australia

  • Standard Shipping — FREE
    Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Express Shipping — $15 AUD
    Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Free standard shipping is applied automatically at checkout to all Australian orders. No discount code or minimum spend is required.

Shipping to New Zealand

  • Standard International Shipping — $20 AUD
    Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by New Zealand authorities.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates are supplied by the carrier and may take a short time to appear.

Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays or other events outside Pepcare Lab’s reasonable control. If your parcel is substantially delayed, please contact us and we will help investigate it with the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, email hello@pepcarelab.com.au within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and, for damaged items, photographs of the parcel and products so we can assist promptly.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch. Additional postage charges may apply if an order is returned and must be resent because the address supplied at checkout was incorrect or incomplete.
